Grants - Online courses on different airport subjects 2017

Three new courses have been organised for 2017, in collaboration with the Centre of Distance Learning for Economic and Technological Development Foundation (CEDDET), sponsored by Aena and the Spanish International Cooperation Agency for Development (AECID). The courses are:

  • 10TH EDITION OF THE ONLINE COURSE IN AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING. Course dates: 2 October to 17 December 2017 Deadline for registration: 17 September 2017.

    This course is designed mainly for professionals from Latin American countries in the airport sector Public Administration, both central and regional. It is also aimed at professionals from bodies responsible for designing, creating and developing airport master plans, from entities responsible for managing airport infrastructure, institutions responsible for their approval (authorities) and regulation supervisors.

    The course will have a maximum of 30-35 participants. Participants must have a university degree or equivalent. Professional experience of at least three years in fields related to the course subjects and objectives is advisable.

    In order to cooperate in the process of institutional modernisation and strengthening in Latin America, Aena and the CEDDET Foundation are offering 30-35 grants to all Latin American participants who pass the course selection process.   • 5TH EDITION OF THE ONLINE COURSE ON AERODROME OPERATIONAL SAFETY. Course dates: 16 October to 19 November 2017 Deadline for registration: 01 October 2017.

    This course is mainly designed for professionals from Latin American countries in the airport sector Public Administration, both central and regional; for professionals from agencies responsible for airport development and operation; from entities responsible for managing airport infrastructure, institutions responsible for their approval (authorities) and regulation supervisors.

    The course will have a maximum of 30-35 participants. Those interested must have a university degree or equivalent. Professional experience of at least three years in fields related to the course subjects and objectives is advisable.

  • 3RD EDITION OF THE ONLINE COURSE IN AIRPORT OPERATION MANAGEMENT. Course dates: 30 October to 26 November 2017 Deadline for registration: 15 October 2017.

    This course is designed, in general terms, for professionals from Latin American countries who have experience in the field related to the course and who are Public Administration workers, preferably within the airport sector, both within central and regional administrations. It is also aimed at professionals from agencies responsible for airport development and operations; as well as those from entities responsible for managing airport infrastructure, or from the institutions responsible for their approval (authorities).

    This course is mainly designed for professionals who have experience in the field of airport management or operation, who hold positions of responsibility or who are capable of holding them.

    The course will have a maximum of 30-35 participants. Those interested must have a university degree or equivalent. Professional experience of at least three years in fields related to the course subjects and objectives is advisable.
