CR management bodies

Corporate Responsibility affects the entire organisation transversally, including employees, units and management.

Board of Directors

  • Is responsible for promoting the CR policy, which must include the principles and commitments Aena exercises voluntarily in relation to its different stakeholders, as well as expressing the principle of maintaining transparent communication, based on the need to inform about financial and non-financial aspects of the business.
  • Through the Management Committee, the Board of Directors sets out the CR policy, integrating it in the company’s strategy.

Executive Committee for Corporate Responsibility

  • Internal collegiate body, a delegate of the Management Committee, responsible for coordinating the implementation of the company’s CR strategy and Action Plan.

Communications and Institutional Relations

  • CR Unit This unit is made up of the company’s Corporate Responsibility Department.

Aena Units

  • Inform the CR Committee in a timely manner and periodically regarding the CR actions carried out, as well as good practices, goals and achievements.

Employees

  • Aena employees are those who, through their everyday work, make Aena a responsible company.
