Adobe ReaderSee the new text of Passengers' Rights with the modifications corresponding to EC Regulation 261/2004 (concerning Compensation and Assistance in the case of denied boarding and cancellation or major delays to flights, in force since 17 February 2005) and the Deed of ratification of the Montreal Agreement for the unification of certain rules for international air transport (in force since 28 June 2004). Both documents are available at airport information counters.
