Arrivals
All arrivals take place on the ground floor of the passenger terminal which is divided in three zones:
-
Zone AFlights from European Union countries
-
Zone BFlights from non-European Union countries
-
Zone CInter-island flights
Passengers should check the monitors at the entrance to the hall to find out which carousel they should go to collect their luggage. The number and origin of the flight is indicated above each carousel.
The airlines are responsible for any financial or physical damages suffered by the passengers or their belongings during transport. In the case of loss, damage or delay to the luggage, passengers should report the incident immediately at the counter of the airline or handling agent concerned so that steps can be taken as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
People arriving at the airport to meet friends or relations can obtain information about the arrival hall concerned from the monitors in the terminal lobbies.
