The Aeronautical Information Division reporting to the SNA Exploitation Directorate is responsible for the Aeronautical Information Service available to all the users that may need it.

The Ais provides aeronautical information necesary for the air operations to develop with security, regularity and efficiency. All the information is published and distributed from the Air Navegation central services in a global way as a "package of integrated aeronautical information documents"  made of the following components:

• AIP Spain: Publication of aeronautical information
• AIP Suplements and amendments
• Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC)
• Notam

The AIP contains permantent information about the services, facilities regulations and procedures affecting air operations in the Spanish airspace.

Furthermore, AIS España publishes specific aeronautical cartography and operational manuals.
