ENAIRE creates and updates the site identified under the domain name www.enaire.es so that the information it contains is of public use.

Access to and browsing this website implies knowledge and unreserved acceptance of all the legal information and conditions for its use.

These general conditions have the purpose of regulating access to, browsing and use of this website, however, notwithstanding these, ENAIRE may establish specific conditions to regulate the use and/or contracting of specific services offered through the website. This legal notice regulates the use of the services of the Internet website www.enaire.es that the public business entity ENAIRE provides for Internet users.

The public business entity ENAIRE is one of the public entities regulated under article 43.1.b) of Law 6/1997, dated 14 April, of the Organisation and Functioning of the General Central Government Administration, and is attached to the Ministry of Public Works.

ENAIRE has independent legal personality, separate from that of the central government, full legal capacity and ability to act in fulfilment of its purposes, and its own assets.

    Due to the fact that the internet is not recognised by the ICAO as a secure network for the supply of aeronautical information, only printed text published in the AIP will be considered official and authentic.

    ENAIRE denies any responsibility concerning the contents of TAM messages (notam, snowtam, pib) provided by third parties over which it has no control.

  2. Contracting of Suppliers

    Through its web-site, ENAIRE provides the general public with information about any bidding currently underway and other contracting issues.

    All the facts, documents and details contained therein are exclusively for information purposes. Only texts published in the Official State Gazette, Official Journal of the European Communities and other media outlets shall be regarded as authentic.
