The a la carte menu includes successful products by chef Dani García such as the Burger Bull hamburger made with oxtail and the cherry gazpacho. It also includes new dishes: ravioli stuffed with Txangurro, veal cannelloni with mushrooms, and a new range of gourmet rolls and products based on Iberian goose.
