Promoting aeronautical culture and information
Aena Foundation
The Aena Foundation was created in December 1994 by Aena in order to promote aeronautical culture, manage the historic, cultural and artistic heritage accumulated in airport installations in Spain, and work to conserve it and make it known to Spanish society.
The Foundation has numerous activities showing its commitment to society and culture, such as: the promotion of research through yearly award-giving ceremonies, the organisation of study workshops, conferences and exhibitions and the publication of books, magazines and catalogues.
